A size 5MM crochet hook

Yarn

For decoration: ribbon / buttons etc

When I decided to set up this group I thought, If only one other person shows up, I'll be happy! I have had an amazing year with this great group of talented women, and look forward to many more to come, I would like to thank everyone for the card and gift, I was very touched and also a thank you to David and the staff of the Menlo Hotel for giving us the room and Tea and Coffee, nothing more to say apart from "Heres to another year"

We will be celebrating our first birthday on World Knit In Public Day, at 12 noon in the Menlo Hotel,

First Cafe Create Outing

Well what a beautiful day it turned out to be for our first group outing! The sun was shining and we were all ready for a great time, We met at the Menlo Hotel as this would be the pick up/ drop off spot for John our bus driver,

We had a Glowing time!

A big thank you to : Aga, Anne, Elizabeth, Michelle, Julie, Helen, Sharon, Alex and Jackie for giving up their Saturday to support our group at the Glow Feel Good Days event in the Meyrick Hotel, Galway. We had alot of interest at our table and Aga (AKA Sleeping Beauty) entertained many with her spinning wheel. A BIG thank you to Ryans who gave us yarn and needles and Jaycee for printing our posters.

Glow Magazine

The magazine Glow has kindly asked us to be apart of this event "Feel Good Days" Saturday 27th March 11 - 5pm Meyrick Hotel, after they saw our blog, because there are so many of us we wont all fit into the space assigned to us so I have broken the day in time slots, Please let me know what time you can do, or if you need to change your time

Could everyone attending please bring some of the things they have made to exhibit on our table, and if you remember to wear your name tags that were made at christmas.. time slots are below, I will fill people in as I find out
